“Lexi Reid was recommended to me by my doctor, last Spring. Our meeting took place at my home. Unable to walk, on crutches and in an ankle to groin caste. I was in a hospital bed, which was how we began our journey together. My surgery was to repair a shattered patella. Now there was a mass of metal in place of bone. At age 74 my fear was unimaginable! I learned quickly that predicting total recovery shouldn't be anticipated. I was saddened and believed that the worst outcome was ahead. All one could do was begin the process, and see what would unfold. But, my hopefulness began to dissipate when I met Lexi Reid. How can I explain to anyone how Lexi literarily brought me back to mobility, and beyond? More than mobility. She taught me how to walk, yes! And yet there was so much more! Her goal was to rehabilitate my leg and knee cap. And she designed a program for that specific goal. However, that was just the beginning. Lexi introduced me to my whole physicality for my future health. She taught me how to connect my mind to my movements, as I rehabilitated into my daily life. Just raising my leg in those days, was excruciatingly impossible, when I first met her. With each session, she brought a mix of professionalism, deep compassion and superior expertise. Day after day after day. Her bright smile, and consistent optimism launched my healing the very first day we met. Lexi brings impeccable knowledge of her practice, up to date research and vast experience. These powerful combinations have earned her respect and esteem from surgeons and physicians who have worked with her. Today I hike, climb stairs, dance and I am even practicing getting back into my high (but not too high!) heels. She inspires me to move through whatever challenges show up, bringing focus and joy to each session. This kind of humanism is exceptional and I can testify it is one of her super powers. Her authentic caring for her patients inspires its own kind of healing. Please trust me. She’s the real deal, master class healer. I highly, highly recommend her.”

"For 45 years I had chronic pain in my back, shoulders, neck and legs — with imagery, back surgery, epidural shots and care of many physical therapists, trainers, acupuncturists. Three years ago when an orthopedist prescribed physical therapy for my shoulders luckily I found Lexi Reid. Immediately I recognized that her approach was unique, more comprehensive. She didn’t focus only on my shoulders. She gave me as thorough a physical examination as any doctor. At that time I was terrified that I would lose my ability to play piano, or even comb my hair, because of the pain and immobility in my arms. Lexi convinced me I could regain the range of movement necessary to carry on with my life. She gave me the Users Manual for my body that the manufacturer failed to provide! She guided me and gave me tools: attention to breath, body awareness, strengthening and stretching exercises and adjusting movement to avoid pain. She talked about the benefits of meditation. Lexi understands the toll that life, emotions and stress takes and shows me how to protect my body. I rely on Lexi to listen to me, to analyze what movements will most benefit me, to motivate me and to keep me strong. I recommend her unconditionally."

"Lexi is an incredibly gifted physical therapist. I fractured my wrist a few months ago, and I was lucky enough to work with her virtually for PT sessions after I got my cast off to get my wrist back to normal. The process was super seamless. Lexi would review my exercises each week to tweak anything I needed to adjust, go over anything new that she wanted to add in based on my progress, and then send me videos with demos and explanations for the new exercises to add in. Her cues are the best, and really help you understand the exercises and why they are important for whatever you are rehabbing. Lexi is so thoughtful, caring, and compassionate, and her love and passion for helping people heal is so apparent! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a virtual Physical Therapist.

" It didn’t take long before I had complete confidence in Lexi’s ability to treat my pain. Within in minutes of her evaluation, she gave me her diagnoses. It matched, exactly, with the MRI I had later, confirming my confidence in her. Working with Lexi has been wonderful. Her brightness, and positivity fueled me to do the simple, effective, workouts she prescribed. She is passionate about what she does, and continually researches, and learns new strategies to heal injuries and address chronic pain. Lexi is a thoughtful, concise practitioner who didn’t give up until I got better. I can not recommend her enough!"

“Lexi is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with—by a mile. With her deep knowledge of physiology, and a creative and holistic approach to fitness, she’s helped me dramatically improve my strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. In my view, Lexi’s an indispensable resource for anyone who’s eager to push the clock back a couple of decades. And did I mention, she’s great fun as well?”

“Lexi’s integration of strength training with weights and one’s own body weight, improving cardiovascular resilience and balance with a touch of yoga adds up to a complete fitness regimen. She is enthusiastic and encouraging without exaggerations. She can decipher exactly what adjustments to my form are needed to get the most out of my efforts. At the end of each session I am exhausted but also exhilarated. And her clever and fun personality makes the time fly.”
